Customer service was great, timing not so great. Their waiting room is soooooo comfortable with snacks, soft drinks, and water. It made up for the longer wait to get an oil change. The anticipated time was 1 1/2 hours and they completed at 2 hours. I got in a nap because it was so comfortable, so I wasn't upset. Gaby was our service advisor. She was great in ensuring we were comfortable and very apologetic for the longer wait. It was a Monday and I didn't have an appointment - my bad! More

Maintenance Agreement that almost went bad I bought my 2019 Rouge in July with the impression that I had a free year of Maintenance on it. My salesperson at the time went into great detail of I bought my 2019 Rouge in July with the impression that I had a free year of Maintenance on it. My salesperson at the time went into great detail of everything on this agreement and how it was all free. Once my Rouge hit 5000 miles, I came in for my first treatment, to find out there was nothing of the kind on my account. Mr. Hill's hands were tied on what he could do but he did take an extra minute and get my first visit covered, which was very Awesome. I went to finance to find out why I didn't have the contract on my account, he said there was nothing he could do and that was not a normal thing. By the time I came back to Sales, to look for my salesperson, I ran into Mr. Gutierrez. He informed me that my salesperson is no longer there. I was in the verge of tears because I was so frustrated. I didn't understand why I was told that I had this great maintenance package when I didn't have it? Did he lie to me? However, Mr Gutierrez calmed me down and took care of it right away. This was a huge relief, for my bills are so high right now, there was no way that I could afford another expense like this. He took the paperwork right to finance and they said it's now on my account. Everyone was so exceptionally friendly! Thank YOU so very much, since it was 6pm on a Friday and I already had a very stressful week and it ended pretty okay! :) More
