Truck appointment I was kept updated and service was performed as needed. I had an appointment at 2pm and didn't leave till after 5, thought that was too long, but I fi I was kept updated and service was performed as needed. Awesome Service!! This service department is TOP NOTCH!!! I was experiencing drive issues with the vehicle and called around 11 am to talk with Luis about the issue. This service department is TOP NOTCH!!! I was experiencing drive issues with the vehicle and called around 11 am to talk with Luis about the issue. He asked me to bring in the car around 3 pm that day. I arrived about 15 minutes early, but I didn't have to wait until 3 pm. Before I knew it, Luis and a mechanic were in the car and driving it with me to see what I was experiencing while driving the car. A short ride and back to the dealership where I signed in for a ride back home to the Mansfield area. I thought I would have to wait, but nope, a very nice young man was waiting to take me home. Fast forward to following day, I was able to pick up the car around 4 pm and no more issues while driving home! The check in/out process was easy, Luis is the best Service Manager ever and the seamless coordination between mechanics, service manager, the awesome staff at the check out and even the young man who drove me home, made for another stress free service experience. More
