Slow Service I arrived and didnt get someone who could help until 15-20 mins. They assumed I wanted the most expensive oil change service which was $85 including I arrived and didnt get someone who could help until 15-20 mins. They assumed I wanted the most expensive oil change service which was $85 including tire rotation when I had only had the car 2 months. When i answered it was cheaper to go to other place is when they offered the other options. The service was completed quickly, but to put all the paperwork took longer than to do the service which included taking some paint off that was there when I purchased the car new. The whole process just seemed to take longer that what I would expect. I probably wont be going back unless its for warranty work. More

Not reaching my expectations Service manager doesn't know what are the recommended services as per the miles/months driven. we should wait for their call after giving the vehicle Service manager doesn't know what are the recommended services as per the miles/months driven. we should wait for their call after giving the vehicle for service. Recommended services over call are also based on the standard factory recommendations but not on the actual condition of the Vehicle. Don't understand whether they do check previous history before recommending any service which is already done at the same service center. They don't even report services performed to Carfax history as well. More

Great Service! A great service center will greet you as soon as you come through the door. If it's a hot day, you will immediately be offered some cold water and sho A great service center will greet you as soon as you come through the door. The air conditioned waiting area will have plenty of cold water along with hot coffee, fresh donuts, a big flat screen TV and snacks to enjoy while you wait. Your agent will give you status updates and tell you when your car is ready. Then he will escort you to the cashier and finally to your car in the parking lot. Enjoyed working with Luis Hernandez You rarely get a Service Advisor that makes you feel like family and is willing to work for you. We had Front Struts installed by Don Davis Nissan 11 You rarely get a Service Advisor that makes you feel like family and is willing to work for you. We had Front Struts installed by Don Davis Nissan 11,000 miles ago but because it was over 12 months, the warranty expired. Needless to say as a customer, we were extremely disappointed with Nissan not to cover their parts. Luis did a lot of research to understand that the parts that were installed were a Nissan Value type and therefore not eligible for lifetime warranty. He said he went to management to try and get them to cover the replacement and did get a discount for the job for us. I would work with Luis in the future and would request his assistance for future service jobs. More
