Not Pleased I had an appointment for 7AM, and was the 7th care in line with additional cars behind me. I requested a tech, but he did not come to assist me until I had an appointment for 7AM, and was the 7th care in line with additional cars behind me. I requested a tech, but he did not come to assist me until he assisted other cars and I was the last car to be helped. I came in for an oil change, but ended up getting oil change and tire rotation and did not leave until 2 hours later. The technician that was assigned to me was not very helpful nor kept me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle, just came in saying I needed all of this work completed on my car that I've only had for 3 1/2 months.....$1300.00 of work. So not Pleased.. Left feeling mistreated and not valued. More
