I agreed to the inspection, upon arriving at the set time. My paperwork was not ready, I waited 45 minutes for paperwork, I proceeded to ask about the next steps to gain my new inspection sticker, at this time I mentioned to him it said 6/20 last time I drove my car, I searched on my phone for a picture of my windshield and showed him my sticker. I wasted time waiting for service I did not need, the customer's opinion should be taken into consideration when speaking to them. More

Poor Customer Service (maybe because I am a female) I had my vehicle towed to Don Davis because it was a Nissan and this was the first time i had to have work done on it. I was called by an adviser and I had my vehicle towed to Don Davis because it was a Nissan and this was the first time i had to have work done on it. I was called by an adviser and told that my fuel pump, battery, and terminals needed to be replaced. I agreed to the repairs. Called back later that day and left a message that I wanted to wait on the battery and to just fix the fuel pump. The next day the adviser called and insisted that the battery was changed because it was a bad battery. Even after i told him that I didn't think it was and I had never had problems out of it. I then agreed to have the battery fixed as well. After picking up my vehicle it worked for one day. Then it started doing exactly what it was doing before I had it taken to Don Davis. The service engine light came on and I called the service department again. I took my vehicle back and asked for a loaner. I was advised that I could pay for a rental at $40/day. I didn't get the rental and rented a car from enterprise for cheaper (for the second time). I was called the very next day and was told that I needed a transmission and the price was $4200 to have it fixed. Therefore,I picked up my vehicle. I called a day later to the sales department to see if i could trade the car. I explained everything that had happened and waited several hours to call them back. The sales guy then told me they could only give me $2,000 for my car which KKB stated the value was $4500-$5600. He stated that's all he could give because I needed a transmission and motor (which was told to him by the service department) I was not told anything about a motor and I was inconvenienced twice because they were not able to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle the first time I took it there. The fuel pump and battery repairs cost me $1300 and change. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced since driving a Nissan. I will never go back there!! More

I told the rep, I need my car for work the next day and if was going to take so long to get looked at why give me an appt. 5pm I called back, he said did t k ow and he would call me back- 540pm he called me back and said they do t have time to fix my car today. I asked him about an loaner because I have to work Saturday morning at 430am and it’s 6pm in the evening- the next day I was called and said my veh was ready- I went home, called the van for pickup - he said he was leaving the shop now to pick me up and I had to call again because it took over an hr and the shop is 5 mins from my house. He said they had him doing other things - this is the second time this team and blamed it on another team member for the failure. The first was when Buddy said the ladies setting the appt made an mistake on scheduling my appt. I explained to him, you should have told me at 11am when I showed up because I explained that I had to work in the morning More

Waste of time I had made prior arrangements to have my car service and inspected for a sensor that has been malfunctioning. When I arrive at 8:15am I’m told that they are to busy to check the sensor, but that they can still do the service. When I scheduled my visit over the phone I was not told that it I left my car, that they would be able to inspected. Horrible communication because when I arrived, they couldn’t find my paperwork had to wait almost 15min. Very unsatisfied!! More

Overall service! I have been bringing my cars in for service for over the past several years. I have always been treated with great respect from their service team an I have been bringing my cars in for service for over the past several years. I have always been treated with great respect from their service team and never been pressured to perform additional services. Yes, they do make suggestions but they offer a time line as to when these services need to be done. This is very refreshing knowing that recommended services do not need to be done ASAP! More
