Tire Service I came in because a tire was going flat. The Service Advisor got me in for service and kept me appraised all the way through. Above and Beyond I got to the Service Department at 6:30 for a 7 a.m. appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. I was going out of town the next day and had a ton of errands to run so I didn't want to spend my whole day there. Gaby, my service advisor, went through the checkin process and I explained to her that I was on a time crunch so she got me checked in quickly. While I waited, I received a text message with the health report of my vehicle. I love this feature!!! It allowed me to select additional services I may want done on my vehicle based on importance. Well, I was dismayed when the report showed I would need new tires, which I knew was imperative because of my trip. However, I declined them, figuring I would just go to Discount Tire where I could use my Synchrony Car Credit Care. When Gaby came to speak with me about my tires and I told her why I would go somewhere else, she then told me that I could use my card there and she even double checked prior to me accepting just to confirm. Then she placed me in a rental so that I could continue to run my errands without having to wait at the Service Center. I've never had a bad experience there, but this experience far exceeded any expectations I had. And it was all because of Gaby! More
