My service rep, Gaby, was great, she got my car pulled to the back for the oil change an This was my first visit to this dealership for an oil change. They provided great service, my oil was changed, and they let me know about some preventive work that should be done. The only negative thing about the experience is that it took almost 3 hours to get the oil change completed. I will come back because I got good service, but I will come during a less busy time.
