Made and appointment, but still had a long wait It is recommended to make an appointment to avoid the long waits for check in and getting service done, but It took a lot longer for both. I got to th It is recommended to make an appointment to avoid the long waits for check in and getting service done, but It took a lot longer for both. I got to the service area 10 to 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled time, but still waited till almost 11:15 before getting checked in because my assigned service writer was with someone else. My car was even pulled forward out of the check in area prior to talking with someone so if had to be pulled back I was scheduled to have a break line flush per my appointment and it took over 2 hours for it to be done. Just a little frustrated since I had not wanted to spend so long at the dealership. More
