Fixed the a/c and heating problems in my '15 Pathfinder We had taken our Pathfinder to 3 different repair shops before we came to Don Davis with no fix. Always unorganized I would not recommend Don Davis Nissan service. It is always so unorganized in the service department. When I purchased the car, I was told that I would not recommend Don Davis Nissan service. It is always so unorganized in the service department. When I purchased the car, I was told that I would need to bring it back when the license plates arrived to do tinting on the two front door windows, get an extra key-fob (only one was available at the time of purchase), and of course, put on the new plates. I had an appointment with Buddy Melvin around 8:00 Saturday (3/23). Buddy was very pleasant to work with, explained everything the service department was going to do, but I had to remind him twice about the plates. I left my car and picked it up Saturday afternoon around 3:30. The service center was disorganized with people waiting around to pay and pick up their cars. I waited my turn and they paged Buddy. He brought the paperwork and went over what was done (tinting and key-fob). Again, I had to tell him about the plates (the main reason I was there that day). He had to pick them up from sales and put them on himself. Vehicles were parked everywhere. While waiting, I saw a couple walk towards my car, mistaking it for their own. I also witnessed two women (they were together) walking around with their key-fob trying to find their car. The lack of organization is truly unbelievable. The only reason I visit Don Davis is because I've used the same salesman for 10+ years (William Gomes) who is incredible. I did have a pleasant experience with Buddy and I honestly don't believe any of this was his fault. Don Davis is the closest dealership to my house so I go there for the convenience but the service is now and has always been horrible. More
