Super quick I had a nail in my tire and came to the dealer to see what they could do for me. They told me that they couldn’t fix the tire but they changed the ent I had a nail in my tire and came to the dealer to see what they could do for me. Did not receive vehicle when promised My husband brought our vehicle for service on Wednesday 3/20 before noon. When he called to check the status later in the afternoon, no one had any re My husband brought our vehicle for service on Wednesday 3/20 before noon. When he called to check the status later in the afternoon, no one had any response to the status. When he got off work to pick up the vehicle, he was advised that it slipped through the cracks and no one looked at the vehicle. On Thursday 3/21, we decided to give the service department at this dealership another try. My husband dropped the vehicle off Thursday morning. He was told it should be ready by the time he got off work which was 5pm. When my husband went to pick it up, the vehicle was not ready and he was told that someone needed to drive it in order to verify if the check engine light came back on. Again, did not receive what was promised. More

I had a coupon for oil and filter, which are the services I needed, but after mentioning that my car always gets synthetic oil, I was told the coupon wouldn’t be an option. But Buddy (I believe was his name, he was training someone) talked me through what I was needing and was able to find me a good deal; (not sure if he was tryna sell to me or actually giving me the package needed for my car, but I trusted him!) I spent way more than I intended coming in but my car got what it needed with great service, So I’m happy. More
