Normal servicing and flat tire replaced I was one of the first few cars in for service that morning, and the customers were handled promptly by the service people. The way things were handled so smoothly was impressive. Carlos Alvarson was the service advisor who took care of me. I had a blowout the day before and needed that fixed and I was also due for servicing. Carlos got the information, told me what they would do and approximately how long it would take. Then he periodically came into the lounge area and let me know how it was going. He offered suggestions on a couple items that I may want to have done. I agreed to have one of them taken care of, but I felt no pressure to have either of them done. Carlos did a great job and the whole service process was very well done. More
