I dropped my SUV on Friday 04/26/2024 around 11 am. Mauricio told me he would call me (which was not) and updated my vehicle status on next Monday (04/29/2024) and the vehicle would be ready by Tuesday Mauricio told me he would call me (which was not) and updated my vehicle status on next Monday (04/29/2024) and the vehicle would be ready by Tuesday (04/30/2024). I came in on Tuesday afternoon around 5 pm and learned that nobody looked into my vehicle. I had to leave my SUV for 3 and half days for nothing. Definitively, I never come back to this dealer. More
$9000 insurance claim and they tried to nickel and dime me for every thing that they did not point out to the insurance company that needed replacement. They left my car battery dead for days so of course me for every thing that they did not point out to the insurance company that needed replacement. They left my car battery dead for days so of course it was damaged. They left my car full of oil and dirty then refused to provide me with a loaner after I had to take the car back to them for repair because they missed a belt full of oil thinking it wouldn’t slip and be a problem! They delayed and said the tech was on vacation. Why does it take that single technician to diagnose an oil filled belt slipping? Then delay another day to try and charge me for something so obviously related to the claim which had the car engine bay completely engulfed in oil! I come back the next day when they said they would have it done and they said all of DFW was out of belts. Then to my face the service representative wanted to say I denied the repair when I did not! I objected because all of these things were directly related to the claim and their negligence! In both cases I immediately spoke to someone to get it covered. Only god knows what other problems I’m going to be left with that they decided wasn’t a problem! I picked my car up for the second time and it was again making an obvious (scraping this time) noise while driving it. It took 100 ft to hear the sound. More
