Waste of time I waited 2.5 hrs, what’s the point of having an appointment? I have two kids, 5 & 3 years old, this was the worst wait ever!!! I felt like because it was “free” which obviously was not because I paid in advance for this service (care package, when I purchased my car), they put me at the end of no line at all and just did it when they finished with “paying” customers. I even saw people leaving that arrived after us....blew my mind, in the worst way! More

Another job well done! I brought my vehicle in for a previously addressed issue. My advisor Omar, was very sympathetic to my time & desire to have this fixed.
