Good Experience but Not for My Wallet I had a great experience with Melvin. He was nice, friendly and was very helpful. What was not helpful was that this was scheduled and what I believed I had a great experience with Melvin. He was nice, friendly and was very helpful. What was not helpful was that this was scheduled and what I believed was going to be a free service visit. What I was not told was that this free service had already expired and so I had to pay. The price was not bad but I wish that when this was being scheduled I was told that I was going to have to pay because of my mileage and not lead to believe that this was going to be a free service. 2018 Frontier This was my first experience with the service department at this dealership. I was in to get my first oil change. Although there were lines of cars when I pulled into the service bay, I didn't feel rushed and they were able to complete my oil change and tire rotation within a couple of hours. I believe my service advisor's name was Erika Rubio but I'm not 100% (I'm horrible with names). After the initial walk around of my vehicle, I went to go wait in the show room's waiting area. Enroute to the waiting area, I ran into Khaled Elhamad and he remembered me which made me feel like I was a valued customer. More

It came time for my first oil change and I wanted to make sure it was done by a Nissan dealership close by (I bought my car from a dealership farther away). I was greeted immediately with smiling faces as I pulled into the service area and was processed through quickly. It was a Saturday and very busy and was told it may take a couple of hours. Happily to my surprise it didn’t take that long. Overall I am very satisfied with the service at your dealership and look forward to you doing continued maintenance on my vehicle. They listen to all my concerns, always make great recommendations, could not be any happier. Marc is a first rate advisor and Thomas a first rate mechanic, now a shop foreman. While good for him, I know he provides excellent support for the Nissan mechanics, and my car as well. They always keep me updated on the progress of my vehicles. More

Amazing customer service Bianca was so polite from the beginning to the end. She greeted me with a smile, made sure I was comfortable.
