Recall work and oil change We made an appointment to have recall work done and to have an oil change. We waited a very long time for the minor work. Our service techinician did not once give us updates. My husband and I each had to go to the technician to get updates. That is unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend to anyone and might not return to get any further work done, unless it is necessary recall work. In fact, when the time comes to replace our car, we may shop at another dealership. More
Service I was very happy that everything was covered and taken care of under my warranty. They replaced a tire, front struts that were leaking for some reason I was very happy that everything was covered and taken care of under my warranty. They replaced a tire, front struts that were leaking for some reason and did an alignment. I am Frustrated that I get it back and three days later had to bring it back for a NEW vibration in the steering wheel and a pull to the right. I am sure they will take care of it though More

2018 Titan Wheel Fell off I purchased a 2018 Nissan titan from Don Davis Nissan in July 2018. At the time of purchase I was also sold a maintenance package which included oil c I purchased a 2018 Nissan titan from Don Davis Nissan in July 2018. At the time of purchase I was also sold a maintenance package which included oil changes and tire rotations. The truck went to Don Davis for two regularly scheduled maintenance services. With 11, XXX miles on the truck, while driving down the highway at 70 mph the driver side front wheel flew off. Thank God no one was injured or worse. The vehicle had to be towed 104 miles back to the dealership at Don Davis. although they could not provide any explanation as to why this happened when asked on four separate occasions, they refused to assume any liability or pay for any repair cost. I was stuck holding the bag for a repair that cost over $1700. Buyer beware as they obviously do not Stand behind their product or their service. I am stuck with a new vehicle that it’s impossible to feel safe driving. I filed a case with Nissan Consumer affairs and they provided No help either with this matter. More
