sales and service The experience i had with getting the dealership to honor what they had said they would do and the unnecessary stress was very unacceptable and unprof The experience i had with getting the dealership to honor what they had said they would do and the unnecessary stress was very unacceptable and unprofessional expecially when i paid cash for the car. All i was asking for was that all my tires tread match. They went for weeks trying not to replace all four tires to match because i was told because they were not going to pay for me 4 new expensive tires because they had already given me a good deal on the car. NOW if i gave you 27,400 in cash for a car you mean that it was going to hurt you to spend maybe 1k for some new tires? I had purchase 2 vehicles prior to this and the last one i had much issue with in the service department fixing a transmission problem and other problems with the 2013 Nissan Altima. IT took several unnecessary trips back and forth and to get Corp involved before i got my car fixed. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM HERE AGAIN! Because of the POOR customer service. More

I just few really comfortable and there’s always someone to greet you from the person who ask what ur coming in for and then goes and gets and service personnel,I really appreciate the detail and explanation on what is due and what I need to keep and eye for thru miles and no ones pressures you . But what I really enjoy is the hospitality I have always received and I sincerely do appreciate the job the techs,do and I really enjoys that there is more than one service personnel helping me check in my car for routine maintenance or simple oil change compared to other dealers who made me wait for longer than 15 to 20 minutes just to even speak to me on to see what I am dropping off my vehicle for . More
