Horrible I arrived early at 7:10 on Saturday waiting for the 7:30 opening. There were three lanes and I was in the lane furthest to the right and about six ca I arrived early at 7:10 on Saturday waiting for the 7:30 opening. There were three lanes and I was in the lane furthest to the right and about six cars back. After several minutes, a gentleman appearing to be a service advisor approached and asked what I was here for, told him routine maintenance. He said he would get someone immediately. He turned around and called to someone else that I was an Express customer. The man looked at my car and kept going. Several minutes later, I was finally served after another young lady apologized for my long wait. After finally checking in with a different service advisor, I was told it would take approximately three hours for routine maintenance (tires, oil and brake flush). I said three hours and you call this express? When my car was ready, it took the service advisor almost 15 minutes to let me know my car was ready (I saw the service tech drive my car to customer pickup). I asked the service advisor what took so long, he stated he was completing the paper work…he didn't offer to shake my hand as is normally done and just left. I walked away shaking my head and thought never again. My friends and neighbors were right. This dealer says they brag about being number one but they don’t really treat you as such, very superficial. More

Expensive I went in for an oil change, and as service salespeople always do, they recommend several services my car did not need (based on manufacturer's recomm I went in for an oil change, and as service salespeople always do, they recommend several services my car did not need (based on manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule). These services were all at outrageous prices totaling over $4,000 for work I can get done at any local reputable service shop for $1500. More

Service Faux Pas While I do appreciate the wonderful customer service I receive each time I come to Don Davis Nissan, I did have a negative experience this time. After leaving the dealership, I noticed a large shoeprint on my dashboard by the glove compartment. I was highly upset that someone would think that putting their dirty shoe on my dash is okay. I would have gone back to show the service team however I was extremely busy that day with other errands and simply didn’t have the time. More
