Went in for an oil change and rotation of tires They claimed lug nuts were stripped, but they are the only ones who put new tires on our vehicle in October. Now we know why it took 5 days to give us They claimed lug nuts were stripped, but they are the only ones who put new tires on our vehicle in October. Now we know why it took 5 days to give us back the car in October. We were smart enough to bring it back there for rotation and the oil change because that means they havd to fix their mistake. It took 3 days this time, and yet when we picked it up, I ask Carlos were the tires rotated and he said they forgot. Have to make an appointment to bring it in again. More

Excellent customer service I called Buddy on that day stated; I wanted to bring the vehicle in and when I got there my vehicle was pulled in for service. Her knowledge and attention to the needs of the vehicle help reassure you that your vehicle and road safety are at the top of her list of importance. She carefully reviews the Action Plan that is best for your vehicle maintenance and accepts and makes suggestions in such a way that you feel completely at ease with what is being done, needs to be done in the near future, as well as further down the road. She frequently checks up on you, if you are waiting, to see if everything is okay or if you need anything, and to let you know how the service is going. She personally, comes to you to let you know your car is finished and walks you to the cashier and waits for you to finish and then always walks you to your car and takes time to say good bye. How awesome is that? What impresses me the most about Gabby is that she doesn't pressure you and listens to your questions and answers with clarity. That is so very appreciated as well as being called by name. In my opinion, Gabby should be recognized for outstanding customer service! More
