Very timely and always maintained good communication. I’ve been to Don Davis service Department several times. Every time they have communicated with me exactly what is going to be done in a timely fashi I’ve been to Don Davis service Department several times. Every time they have communicated with me exactly what is going to be done in a timely fashion. I was always greeted the moment I pulled up into the service bay by one of the valets and they quickly referred me to a service person. When I made appointments, the service person that I had made the appointment with her is always there to greet me when I arrived. Waiting areas are fantastic. The whole process was painless . More

Good Service Dept Went in for some diagnostic work that a different dealership ignored previously & an oil change. I figured I'd get the run around here too, but Don Da Went in for some diagnostic work that a different dealership ignored previously & an oil change. I figured I'd get the run around here too, but Don Davis Nissan found out my vehicle had 2 TSB's pertaining to my complaints & took care of them for me! So far, so good! Just One Problem I always get very good service here, but this time there was one small issue. As soon as I left the lot, the "Check Tire Pressure" alert on my dashboa I always get very good service here, but this time there was one small issue. As soon as I left the lot, the "Check Tire Pressure" alert on my dashboard came on. I had purchased two new tires, and apparently one of them had not been properly inflated. I don't know why I didn't turn around and go back, but I'm sure it would have been quickly taken care of if I had. More

Incomplete service Dealership failed to follow up with me on the condition or state of the last service that was performed on my 2018 Nissan Rouge. That is not acceptable, as of today one week after the vehicle was picked up from the shop the condition remains the same. The front Sensor beeps regardless of other vehicles are front of it or on the sides of it, it also beeps when I am the only vehicle on a one lane road and this should not happen. More
