A Very Satisfying Experience I do the majority of service on my own cars but the Maxima was recalled for a brake ABS module issue. I had recently replaced the brakes at 48000 mile I do the majority of service on my own cars but the Maxima was recalled for a brake ABS module issue. I had recently replaced the brakes at 48000 miles so I decided to have the brake fluid replaced at the same time as the recall service. The shop performed the necessary work in under an hour and a half. They made a couple of service recommendations (engine air filter and cabin air filter replacement) which I declined. (These are things that I can perform myself.) I wasn't pressured in any way to have these additional services done by them and was glad to learn that these needed attention. I'm very pleased with the professionalism displayed by Chris, the service advisor, and satisfied with the work performed by the technicians at the shop. More

Also, my oil change reminder sticker on the windshield with the type of oil used, and a smiley face to go with it. Before I could blink twice, cars started moving through the bay and I was next in line. I asked for Buddy Melvin ... well because he is my "Go To" guy. He was there in a New York minute and my service was underway. What else can I say. The service waiting rooms are so awesome. Comfortable, with variable styles of seating. Desks for doing work, plugs for phones and computers. Plus coffee, water and snacks. This day it was donuts! So good. You guys smile, make eye contact, are welcoming and friendly. All the things a customer appreciates - especially when dealing with a possible hefty car repair bill. Its the little stuff that counts. You guys are the best. More
