Don Davis Nissan - Service Center

2018 Titan Wheel Fell off I purchased a 2018 Nissan titan from Don Davis Nissan in July 2018. At the time of purchase I was also sold a maintenance package which included oil c I purchased a 2018 Nissan titan from Don Davis Nissan in July 2018. At the time of purchase I was also sold a maintenance package which included oil changes and tire rotations. The truck went to Don Davis for two regularly scheduled maintenance services. With 11, XXX miles on the truck, while driving down the highway at 70 mph the driver side front wheel flew off. Thank God no one was injured or worse. The vehicle had to be towed 104 miles back to the dealership at Don Davis. although they could not provide any explanation as to why this happened when asked on four separate occasions, they refused to assume any liability or pay for any repair cost. I was stuck holding the bag for a repair that cost over $1700. Buyer beware as they obviously do not Stand behind their product or their service. I am stuck with a new vehicle that it’s impossible to feel safe driving. I filed a case with Nissan Consumer affairs and they provided No help either with this matter. More

I just few really comfortable and there’s always someone to greet you fr So i have been using Nissan services since I purchase my car thru Juan Sosa . I just few really comfortable and there’s always someone to greet you from the person who ask what ur coming in for and then goes and gets and service personnel,I really appreciate the detail and explanation on what is due and what I need to keep and eye for thru miles and no ones pressures you . But what I really enjoy is the hospitality I have always received and I sincerely do appreciate the job the techs,do and I really enjoys that there is more than one service personnel helping me check in my car for routine maintenance or simple oil change compared to other dealers who made me wait for longer than 15 to 20 minutes just to even speak to me on to see what I am dropping off my vehicle for . More

All i was asking for was that all my tires tread match. They went for weeks trying not to replace all four tires to match because i was told because they were not going to pay for me 4 new expensive tires because they had already given me a good deal on the car. NOW if i gave you 27,400 in cash for a car you mean that it was going to hurt you to spend maybe 1k for some new tires? I had purchase 2 vehicles prior to this and the last one i had much issue with in the service department fixing a transmission problem and other problems with the 2013 Nissan Altima. IT took several unnecessary trips back and forth and to get Corp involved before i got my car fixed. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM HERE AGAIN! Because of the POOR customer service. More
