Great Customer Service It has been about 4 times I visit this location and my first visit was with Omar Gonzalez. After my first visit I never requested anyone else although It has been about 4 times I visit this location and my first visit was with Omar Gonzalez. After my first visit I never requested anyone else although I wish I had because the customer service was never as good as the first time with Omar I usually just let the first person that came to me help me. This last visit I requested Omar and again I was impressed with his customer service very friendly,helpful & honest. Nissan needs more employees like him to assist customers. More

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER $100 FOR A DIAGNOSTICS FEE WHEN I HAVE THE SERVICE PACKAGE. MY AIR CONDITIONING QUIT WORKING AND I WAS TOLD IF THEY CANT FIND ANYTHING I WOULDNT HAVE $100 FOR A DIAGNOSTICS FEE WHEN I HAVE THE SERVICE PACKAGE. MY AIR CONDITIONING QUIT WORKING AND I WAS TOLD IF THEY CANT FIND ANYTHING I WOULDNT HAVE TO PAY THE DIAGNOSTICS FEE. GUESS WHAT???? THEY DIDNT FIND ANYTHING AND I STILL HAD TO PAY. THE WARRANTY THEY TELL YOU COVERS FRONT TO BACK BS...I DONT FEEL THE CUSTOMER SERVCIES I WAS GIVEN WAS EXCEPTIONAL, WORLD GLASS, GOOD, GREAT, NOPE IT WAS OKAY....IF THAT. LEFT THERE WITH A BATTERY THINKING MAYBE THE DIAGNOSTICS FEE WILL GO TOWARDS THE LABOR SINCE SOMEHOW THEY FOUND OUT WHILE TESTING THE AIR CONDITIONING OR LOOKING AT BACK DOOR THAT I NEEDED A BATTERY. NOPE NO DISCOUNT THERE. STILL $99 DOLLARS. IM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. More
