Buddy is the best I have had both good and not so good visits to Don Davis Nissan service center in the past. But when Buddy Melvin is my service advisor the experien I have had both good and not so good visits to Don Davis Nissan service center in the past. But when Buddy Melvin is my service advisor the experience is outstanding every single time. Buddy not only is very personable, but very professional and efficient and closely listens to my needs. Car was fixed and they keep us informed of what time! We had to bring the car in twice within 2 weeks, and did they not offer to set appointment for the 2nd job of warranty work. I would give 5 stars, but anytime I take my other car to the other guys - Hyundai, they wash it. I love it when I take our other car in to Hyundai for repair, they explained everything and I feel specially cared for as an individual - just an oil change, and they have my other car all cleaned it all up, sparkling and ready for free. They even bring it around under the covered service area, and open the door for me!! What service! I feel like a million dollars going there. I told my husband, he can keep driving the Nissan, but for me I love Hyundai's service!!! Another thing, my husband complained about the Key fob, he was told by service the key fob battery only last 12-16 months. WHAT is this about? I have never changed the key FOB batter in my other car that is 9 years old. Our other older car, it was about 10 years old. I do not know the name of the people who helped my husband and he does not remember. (He usually remembers names when he is impressed!) So I am randomly picking one. When I come home and I have to hear complaints about Don Davis from my husband, it is not something I want to hear about after working all day!! More

He spoke to me and guided me on the next steps I would do and even went out of his way to contact the Enterprise insurance company for me. He kept me up-to-date on what was going on through the time. Chris was just a pleasant person to at the establishment. Made a difficult time for me, lesss of a headache. Thank you Chris! More

The oil change could be done quickly, but to work on the noise would requir This was my first time in the service department and I met Marc Prestwood. The oil change could be done quickly, but to work on the noise would require that I leave the car. I wasn't planning on that so I told Marc I would have to come back sometime in the future. Marc came back a while later and said they had worked it out and they were looking for the noise; and we would decide what to do when they determined what was wrong. A short time later Marc said it was fixed. The problem was relatively minor so they fixed it then so I didn't have to come back. Marc could have left it with me getting the oil change and coming back, but he went above and beyond what was required. This was truly great customer service. More
Nothing was fixed after a week. Moses was very nice a courteous. My truck was there to fix the following. 1. Vibration noise in cab (still there) 2. Tire pressure monitor not working (Still not working) 3. Plastic on driver door coming off (Part ordered after 1 week waiting) 4. Steering alignment. (Only repair that was supposedly done) It was a holiday week but I made an appointment, dropped off on time Tuesday at 10:00 (Nov. 20) and Saturday I picked up the truck before closing and it was not repaired. Terrible service. More
