They've exceeded my expectations. I purchased my Titan there and have about 7000 miles on it. They've already completed the first service at 5000 miles done with great care and on time I purchased my Titan there and have about 7000 miles on it. All personnel are very well trained and determined to make the customer happy. More
HUGE FAIL After 4-1/2 hours of waiting to have step rails installed - on a truck I had just purchased - an install (for a brand new customer) that should have b After 4-1/2 hours of waiting to have step rails installed - on a truck I had just purchased - an install (for a brand new customer) that should have been expedited to be in and out in around an hours - I was told they had to run someone to go fetch some "missing parts", which would have taken at least yet another hour. They STILL have done nothing to resolve the issue. I just assume get a refund for the amount due me. More
Horrible Customer Service for just an oil change Wife took the car in for service on a warranty service plan purchased with the car. Took two and a half hours, apparently because a technician copied down the license plate incorrectly. It was probably the Only New Mexico plated vehicle on the lot. If it's possible to keep warranty coverage at a different dealership, I'll gladly pay for what should be a 30 to 45 minute job. More
