Average service I was given a price when I first got there, and paid a different price as I left. Luis Hernandez is the service advisor that we have come to rely on. He does a great job in seeing that any concerns or questions we have are checked into and taken care of. Back twice for the same issue. The first time I came to the service center after my car broke done I had just come off two 12 hour shifts that ended at 4AM. When I reached the parking lot my car would not start (even though it had a full battery) and needed a jump to get going. When I brought my car iny service advisor told me that I would need a appointment for a rental. A. Appointment. I understand that you don't have any rental cars but that was a slap in the face .Throughout this experience I continued to feel as though my advisor thought I was stupid and waisting his time. At several points after I expressed the need for a reliable car to get to work he told me I could take my car back and schedule a appointment. Eventually I was told that they didn't really know what was wrong but they replaced a wire that had caused the same issue in other cars. A month or so later I was back with the same issue and had a much better experience. My service advisor Moses walked me through step by step and never made me feel stupid or like I was wasting his time I will be making all further appointments with him. More

Tire replacement Service was great but the fact having tire guard and you can’t use it because it was past the date.
