Tire replacement Service was great but the fact having tire guard and you can’t use it because it was past the date. Time to switch dealerships 18 yrs of service to have this happen More

It took a long time. Long time returning calls. Car in for recall. Had car all day. Found needed part but did not have part. Had to order. 4 days later part came in. Next Long time returning calls. Car in for recall. Had car all day. Found needed part but did not have part. Had to order. 4 days later part came in. Next day spent 4 hours again at shop while part put on. If company orders a recall the dealership should have part in stock. Took two different days to get recall taken care of. More
