Laziness I don’t enjoy complaining so I won’t do it much. When I get my car fully serviced and spend all the money I do on my car at a dealership I am expectin I don’t enjoy complaining so I won’t do it much. This is my only complaint but it shows a sense of caring and effort to please your customers. More

Poor service I took my car in on Tuesday September 11th to get some warranty work done. I was having problems with the transmission and AC compressor. They cal I took my car in on Tuesday September 11th to get some warranty work done. I was having problems with the transmission and AC compressor. They called me the next day to let me know that both needed replacing and should be covered under the cars warranty. But it would be 2 days before the warranty company could send someone out to approve the repairs. At that time I asked if my warranty covered a rental vehicle. I was told yes. I informed my service rep that i would need the rental car. On Friday September 14th my rep called me and said repairs had been approved. I again asked when I could get a rental car. He informed me that he did not get a car approved for me but he could. But it will slow the whole process down. I asked when i would have my vehicle back. Monday or Tuesday was the answer. Got a massage Tuesday that my car was ready. Got another measage a little later to give them a call. I was at work so called the next morning. My car was damaged by a tow truck in dealership lot. My service rep kept trying to get me to take my car to the tow trucks repair guy to save that company money. I was told they are great people who have been doing business with Don Davis for a long time. I told them no and that i wanted the repairs done at a nissan dealership. Come to find out the tow truck driver does not have a license or insurance. This information was given to me bit by bit. The service rep would not share Name, Company, License Plate or Insurance info(originally i did not know they did not have insurance). After speaking with a manager i was offered a loaner vehicle while repairs are completed. The manager gave me the info i was asking for above. I got my car back today on September 27. Everything looks good. I spoke with a manager today and asked why i was unable to get a rental car originally. The answer was that Service rep should have been able to get you something from day one. There were a few people that helped during this situation that went above and beyond and they are the only reason i gave 2 stars instead of 1 star. More

Exceptional in every way!!! Buddy was our service representative for a new tire alignment of our 2015 Pathfinder. Buddy showed us how he could have saved us on new tires and beat Buddy was our service representative for a new tire alignment of our 2015 Pathfinder. Buddy showed us how he could have saved us on new tires and beat the prices we paid. He also searched for any warranty's on any issues that needed addressing and took care of the replacements. We were extremely grateful to have a representative and as friendly as Buddy and we will most assuredly continue to get our service work done at this location. More
