It was painless I really enjoy the waiting facility. It’s very nice to have all the condiments available. It’s very clean and the seating is very comfortable. I also received a ride home that was a good experience. I had two negative experiences. One was I was assigned to Anthony as a service writer and was confused upon my arrival to find he was off that day. Secondly, I never realized that making an appointment was nothing more than appointment to check in my vehicle and did not get me a place in line. So I don’t really know what the advantage is for an appointment. More

Great service Anthony was amazing! I was starting to get upset because what I thought would take an hour, took about 3 hours, but because of how professional Anthon Anthony was amazing! Service Visit on Monday unable to leave car bc rentals weren’t available and shuttle unavailable. Came back Wednesday still no rental cars available.
