Took my car in on a Thurs morning, was told they need about 5 days to diagnose my check engine light. On the following Tues I was told they could not diagnose the car due to it being a Dodge and they don about 5 days to diagnose my check engine light. On the following Tues I was told they could not diagnose the car due to it being a Dodge and they don't have a username password for their machine. They asked if I still wanted an oil change and tire rotation which then took them another 24 hours to complete. Am I really the first person with a dodge to come to your service center? Why did it take 5 days to tell me there was nothing they could do? Beyond frustrating More
