It was painless I really enjoy the waiting facility. It’s very nice to have all the condiments available. It’s very clean and the seating is very comfortable. I also received a ride home that was a good experience. I had two negative experiences. One was I was assigned to Anthony as a service writer and was confused upon my arrival to find he was off that day. Secondly, I never realized that making an appointment was nothing more than appointment to check in my vehicle and did not get me a place in line. So I don’t really know what the advantage is for an appointment. More

Great service Anthony was amazing! I was starting to get upset because what I thought would take an hour, took about 3 hours, but because of how professional Anthon Anthony was amazing!
