Everytime I go into Don Davis I only want to work with Buddy. I don't feel pressured to get services I don't need at that moment and I appreciate his honesty in letting me know what things absolutely should be fixed immediately or things I can push back a bit because I may not have the money right then to get the services done while I am at the dealership that day. Buddy always goes the extra mile to ensure I am comfortable while I am waiting for my vehicle or if I drop it off I can rest assured because I know I left my vehicle in good hands with him. More

Carlos Martinez is my service advisor. He provides outstanding customer service. He is prompt in responding to me and keeping me up to date on the status no matter what the service is being done. He explains everything in a simple way that I understand and discusses with me my options. He is not a pushy at all. . I trust him and I appreciate him. I have also worked with Juan Hernandez a couple of months ago. I called in a panic because Of an issue I was having and he was able to calm me down and helped me thru it. Once I brought the car in he assisted me with the major service I needed and helped me to understand how my warranty worked.
