Had to call back a few times to find out my car wasn't ready I set an appointment, and I left my car at the dealership first thing in the morning. By late afternoon, I called to see if my car was ready. I was to I set an appointment, and I left my car at the dealership first thing in the morning. By late afternoon, I called to see if my car was ready. I was told I would get a call-back. I never did. Since the shop closed at 5pm, I called back again at 4pm, and again left a message for a call-back. Called again at 4:30pm, and was again told I would get a call-back. I knew I had to get my car before 5pm, so I went ahead and drove back to the dealership before 5pm. When I get there, the tech told me my car was still not ready yet. Right at 5pm, he says it's ready. I was happy that I was able to get it back same day after 9 hours, but it was pretty annoying never getting a call-back about when it would be ready. Staff was friendly, and I could tell it was a very busy day... but I am glad I went ahead and drove back to the dealership instead of waiting to hear back. More

Oil Change Buddy was fantastic. I originally went in for an oil change but I also ended up getting my engine air filter replaced as well. Buddy looked under my Buddy was fantastic. I originally went in for an oil change but I also ended up getting my engine air filter replaced as well. Buddy looked under my hood and showed me how dirty the filter was. I had never had someone do that before. Both services were complete in less than one hour. I usually plan to spend longer there so I bring my work with me but I was amazed when Buddy came into the waiting area and told me everything was done. He showed me services that I did not have to get done next time but were simply recommended based on my mileage. I had never really had someone tell me that either. Usually a service advisor makes it seem as though the services I need done next time are critical. I appreciated his honesty, friendliness, and professionalism. More

Unavailable Front Sensor Warning I took my car in because for the last three months (new car - had for nine months) my Front Sensor Warning came on every time I drove my car and woul I took my car in because for the last three months (new car - had for nine months) my Front Sensor Warning came on every time I drove my car and would go off frequently while driving. I was informed at the service department that this had been a common occurrence with the newer cars. I waited three and half hours and was informed that they didn't need replacing they were just dirty and they were cleaned and everything was fine. I drove out of the parking lot went to the first intersection to turn and the Unavailable Front Sensor Warning came back on. I did not turn around because I did not have another three and a half hours and besides the service department was closing within two hours and I hadn't had lunch and it was after 5:00 when I left. I do not live close to the dealership and had no one to pick me up (which they were aware). The service advisor was very nice during my visit. More

We trust Mr. Luis to provide us with an honest quote, identifying the most critical areas of concern, he maintains in constant communications regarding the estimated time of the vehicle being ready and he delivers what he says he will.
