Having to call after a full week from the time I dropped my vehicle off, and not having gotten a status update was not how I expected to find out that my vehicle hadn't even been diagnosed yet. I knew what the issue was (the horn wasn't working properly), and it was covered under the warranty, so I didn't think it would be a big deal. I wondered if having to pay for service would have deemed I would be treated better, or if because I wasn't, that deemed no consideration at all. Communication is key. I did not receive any return calls from the voice messages I left either. So bad. I felt like I was not important enough to even say, "Nah, we haven't even looked at it yet, but it'll get in sometime." Just no communication. Do better, Don Davis. More

Our 2021 Nissan Sentra was brought in for a state inspection and Ms. Rodriguez, Service Advisor, greeted us kindly and was very professional. While waiting for the state inspection to be completed and an oil change, we made a decision to purchase a new 2024 Nissan Sentra. Over the years, we have purchased our new Nissan Sentra cars from Don Davis Nissan, and Mr. William Gomes has helped us throughout the years with the process and these purchases. Mr. Gomes is very genuine, professional, and knowledgeable, and has gone over and beyond our expectations when we purchased our new 2024 Nissan Sentra. We will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Mr. Alex Aguirre, in the Finance Department, was also very professional and very knowledgeable. We appreciate the Don Davis Nissan staff. Service staff was very helpful and informative about the services available. The only issue I had was that the “battery cleaning” was poor. Battery acid was scattered all through out the engine bay and the services available. The only issue I had was that the “battery cleaning” was poor. Battery acid was scattered all through out the engine bay and the battery was not even totally cleaned off itself. This resulted in me having to go back and clean work that I hoped would’ve been part of the price I paid. More
