First of all it was very nice to see that a woman was servicing my car. Her name is Deborah and when I approached her to congratulate her for being in this field she told me that Don Davis was giving her a great opportunity. I was very happy to see that women are getting to be a mechanics just like men and they are being respected for what they know. Hooray for Deborah and for Don Davis, a match made in heaven! keep up the good work. BTW, Mauricio and the rest of the servicing staff are awesome, I just love you all guys?? Sandra Carvajal More
Happy with work, but not the explanation of my warranty Something that was brought to my attention by Mauricio was that my 2016 Rogue SL was out of warranty. I really don't know how it was out of warranty Something that was brought to my attention by Mauricio was that my 2016 Rogue SL was out of warranty. I really don't know how it was out of warranty when I bought this vehicle in August 2017, 2 yrs ago at the end of the 2016 model year. Mauricio tried to explain that the warranty started when the vehicle was placed in service, 12/16. Given 12/2016, I would STILL be within my 3 yr/36K warranty. This faulty shorted-out light should have been FULLY covered. How in the world could this be placed in service and held in a lot somewhere waiting to be delivered to a dealer when, in fact, these vehicles were selling like hotcakes in the market? This was explained so that Mauricio wanted me to think that the faulty rear light was somehow my responsibility to pay for, but he graciously was doing me a favor since he committed and told me that my Rogue was definitely in warranty, that the light would be fully covered, BUT Don Davis was going to cover only 90% of the cost and 10% was my share. How is that when this vehicle is under 30K miles and less than 36 mos old? If someone can convince me otherwise, I have to give less than stellar expected review. If this is the case, I may have a big problem with Nissan's warranties and/or possibly selling me a 2015 Rogue that I thought was a 2016. I paid the 10% regardless. I've used Don Davis for service in the past and hope to overcome this disagreement so to come back to your service department. Also, after paying full price for my routine service, I did notice on your website that you offered discounts with coupon. I should have checked, but paid more than I should have at the tune of over $600. Verdict is out. More

Scheduled Oil Change I was greeted upon drive-in. The individual asked my reason for coming in and directed me to my service advisor, Buddy Melvin.
