I thought the repair charges were outrageous and to have the headlights fail the day I picked up the car and was assured the repairs had been done is a deal breaker. I will never bring my vehicle to this dealership again because I do not trust the integrity of the service department. More

Lack of Professionalism Granted, I would have dismissed this whole scenario if not for the blatant and unprofessional disrespect from Carlos. Yes, I was frustrated at the Granted, I would have dismissed this whole scenario if not for the blatant and unprofessional disrespect from Carlos. Yes, I was frustrated at the fact that it took two and half hours to change (1) tire and an oil change when I was the third vehicle in the bay @ 7:40 this morning. And even though Carlos kept me abreast of the situation, he reiterated that the technician was slow and worked at his own pace?? Must be nice... I wished I worked at a cushy job that I did not worry about my superiors or the customer and his/her time restraints! His constant arguing with me over my damaged tire, missing valve cap, and the whole entire process was unnecessary, uncalled for and total beneath customer appreciation. I know there is two sides of the coin so I challenge Mr. Alvarson to a face to face conversation in DDAG office. Trust me, my schedule is more hectic than yours but I feel if you're going to allow employees to circumvent with customers, you may choose your candidates more wisely. Some of us have been around the block once or twice. Especially when it's your hard earned money that keeps Mr. Alvarson employed. Ms. Wiley was excellent and in tune with my mood even going as far to ask me if everything was alright., even though we haven't even spoke a word to each other. She should be getting the five star review. Mr. Alvarson.. it was all I could do to give one star! I have bought five cars from this dealership and the bad taste left in my mouth from Mr. Alvarson does not reflect the whole team for they truly do have a few excellent people that do care about the customers. I hope it was worth it Mr. Alvarson. I would be hard pressed to buy another vehicle or recommend anyone I know from buying a vehicle from DDAG. Rod L. More

I called to confirm the car was ready, the lady on the phone that checked for me said it was. I was dropped off (so no way to leave) and was told the car was not ready. I was informed the car wash they said they would do and that I pay for on an extended warranty wasn't done but if I could wait anohter 90 min then they could get to it. I'm guessing there are inefficiecies in the department when a tire rotation, oil change and inspection (yep, that was all) take half a day - even when I booked a 7;30 appt in advance on a Friday (not Saturday) morning and was one of the first service customers in the door. I will go back but only because Buddy was extremely polite, respectful and friendly. But it still took way too long given the advance arrangements. More
