Was not informed it would be at least 2 hours to fix tire I normally get good service from Don Davis, but this time around, I went in for a simple removal of a nail in my tire and of course patch up. First of I normally get good service from Don Davis, but this time around, I went in for a simple removal of a nail in my tire and of course patch up. First of all, it took more than 5 minutes (It was not busy at all) before anyone came out to speak to me, then, I was not informed it would take at least 2 hours. I finally needed to leave and found out that my car had not even been attended to, I left with the job not being done. Had I known it would take so long, I would have gone to the tire shop 5 minutes from my house. This was a great disappointment. I'm starting to wonder if the quality is slipping at this dealership. More

Brake job I would have rated this less than zero when I first brought my car in for a break job but when they corrected the issue it was awesome. avoid service dept I understand service dept can become busy but 3 hours later is RIDICULOUS! Checked in at 3:45 checked out 6:59pm. I wasn't the only one waiting for this length of time. I noticed 4 other customers there upon my arrival and when I went to check on my vehicle they were still there. Not one time did anyone come check on me nor come give me an update on my vehicle like the others customers received ( I wish I knew the name of the employee to give him a great rating). While waiting my salesman from last year noticed me and stopped to chat..Thank you Mr. Marvin Miller. I was fed up with them saying they are pulling up my invoices still waiting 15 more minutes I just requested to give me my keys and I don't have a charge due to buying the package. More
Transmission problem We had brought the car in, this for the 3rd time about transmission problems, service manager blaming me for not servicing transmission for the failu We had brought the car in, this for the 3rd time about transmission problems, service manager blaming me for not servicing transmission for the failure, after the 3rd time the drive train( transmission) was out of warranty at 75k miles, 1st 2 times it was in warranty but found no problems, I normally change tranny fluid between 75k -100k miles on all my cars. Two things will never buy another Nissan and , will never buy a car from Don Davis. More

Very slow 1 hour oil change They say they have competitive rates , they are always 2 times more expensive sometimes. For parts love 4 times higher. Personable but work over loaded Received prompt attention and advised tire repair takes 1.5 hours. Arrived 2 hours later had tp wait another hour for the car. Because of the delay the repair charge was dropped. Patch was bad and had to return for a redo of the repair at no cost. Looks like front Service Representatives do a good job but Serviceman rushed the job. Lost 2 half days plus 3 trips to dealership and back.. More
