Good service, but too busy for me. Even though I had an appointment made two days prior to my arrival and I arrived early, I was asked to come back at seven am the next day, when they w Even though I had an appointment made two days prior to my arrival and I arrived early, I was asked to come back at seven am the next day, when they wouldn't be so busy. No ! I had made the appointment for that day for a reason. I elected to have them drive me home ( 5 minutes away ) which took about thirty minutes. The inspection was done as scheduled along with an oil change. I had my wife take me back to pick my car up. More

Each time, until coming to Don Davis Nissan Service Department I would get angry by incompetence, however at Nissan they are the best!! I have never been talked to in a less than respectful manner from anyone there. They have won my repeat service and ANY possible vehicle sales in the future. She called me on my phone even though I told her that I was waiting in the lobby for my My service consultant, Deborah, could have been more personal. She called me on my phone even though I told her that I was waiting in the lobby for my car. She did not seem to be very knowledgeable about my service schedule if the Nissans. She gave me an incorrect total at the end that had to be adjusted since I already paid for the service when I purchased my car last year. In conclusion, I looked for my car for 10 minutes at the end. No one could tell me where it was parked after the service was completed. It was busy. She had no "follow through." I've had better customer service in the past. More

check tires Well, you guys found two tires that needed balancing and also that had nails. We were promised the car by that afternoon and my wife waited for them. She eventually gave up and returned the next day and ended up waiting several additional hours to accomplish the work. Good Service My service writer was Gaby and she was attentive to my needs and my time restrictions. She lived up to her commitment to me and I appreciated that. The ladies that receive the payments were very pleasant and professional also. I was concerned because I had called your location twice to make an appointment with my previous service writer (and requested by name) and was put on hold only to find out two days later that he was no longer with the company and had been gone for some time.
