Average We took our car in for an air conditioning problem. The service agent said he would call when he had a diagnosis. Five hours later we went back to che We took our car in for an air conditioning problem. The service agent said he would call when he had a diagnosis. Five hours later we went back to check. He was hard to find. He had an answer but never called like he had said he would. We gave permission for the repairs. He stated he we call us the next day when it was ready. Once again we had to call. They also in typical dealership fashion have us the typical list of everything we should get serviced while it was there and did it without looking up our car history. He suggested a fluid change on our transmission which had been replaced less than 10k miles before. Other than that the workmanship was good. More
