When I received a phone call from Charles Moore giving me information on the items I ask about , he also told me when he expected my car to be ready , and then I received a second phone call tellingme my vehicle checked out great and it was ready to be picked up. It was a good experience and a lot of that was because of Charles Moore , he’s friendly and very professional and personable.I am very pleased!😁 More

Longest wait time to date in 5 years!!! The overall Service experience at this Don Davis has taken a sharp decline. I used to prefer this location and loved all of the service reps. But twice in a row I’ve had a ridiculous wait time for services that used to take 45 minutes it took 2 hours!!! I would never recommend this location unless you plan on canceling all Plans you have for the rest of the day... not sure what has changed , but it’s for the worse even other customers waiting asked “is it always like this?” More

Very Unhappy I went into the dealership with an NMAC vehicle for scheduled maintenance. The service person advised that my scheduled maintenance was not covered. He finally called me and advised that my vehicle was covered and finally completed the services I requested. This caused a major inconvenience. I was very unpleased with my visit to this dealer.
