Overpriced, Inaccurate Tire Service Upon bringing tires I knew to be repairable to the dealership I was informed that they could not repair them and that the pricing for the tires that w Upon bringing tires I knew to be repairable to the dealership I was informed that they could not repair them and that the pricing for the tires that were not even in stock was well above the standard. I wasted my time bringing our vehicle to the service department as it literally took less than an hour at Discount Tire and did not cost me a dime out of my pocket to fix the same tires that were "un-repairable" here. I trusted the service department and was severely disappointed. I will not, in fairness, detract from the friendliness and professionalism shown by the employees. Very kind, very polite, but unfortunately their hands were tied in what felt like a money grab. I am unhappy with the fact that this attempt to bring my needs to this service shop were turned into an attempt to take advantage of a situation to garner higher profits, when simply taking care of me as a customer would have netted much higher profits in the long-term as my loyalty would not have been shaken. When you focus more on trying to squeeze every extra dollar out of your consumer rather than to take care of their needs you fail to provide Legendary Customer Service. More
