Horrible customer service My rep for the day should be fired, he never called (how do you not have my contact info I left plus it’s been 10 years of service there) until I call My rep for the day should be fired, he never called (how do you not have my contact info I left plus it’s been 10 years of service there) until I called him on day 2....and then said he would email the results for me to decide, he didn’t. Finally on day 3 I go to pick up vehicle without being told it’s ready, said I declined service? Hard to decline service when you’ve never been shown a report. Would’ve done it too...this guy cost y’all 2k+ and possibly my future business. Usually have great customer rep, but not this time. More

Additionally, there was a flaw in the tinting on one of the windows, which they replaced that day without question at no cost to me. Service was conducted within the time committed, Omar contacted me twice throughout the day with updates, and when I picked up my vehicle it was clean and the work was performed as expected. More

Given conflicting information My husband made appointment online. When I arrived they said they don’t take appointment for oil change on Saturdays waited 3 hours. Ugh. I really think as a dealership they are friendly but scheduling an appointment doesn’t seem to matter. Also my husband asked if if they could wash my car and the service person said not on Saturday we are too busy. He said if you come back Tuesday through Thursday than we can. How crazy is that. Maybe you should hire more employees if you cannot provide the service I need on that day that I can be there. More

Above and Beyond I went in to get my front brakes replaced and I couldn't believe how fast they worked on my car. Gaby and Omar are friendly and very helpful every time I come in. I bring in my Lexus every 3 months for an oil change and tire rotation. Gabby and Omar ensure I'm always taken care of. When an issue was brought to Omar's attention, he took care of it immediately. If I didn't trust this service department, I definitely would not bring my Lexus in to have work done. I will have to say, everyone I have met who works here, seem to go above and beyond. This includes Jeff Brubaker who sold me my car. More
