Service at its best! This was a fabulous experience for me. Was dreading taking my car to the dealership, but not anymore I was able to create an appointment online an This was a fabulous experience for me. Was dreading taking my car to the dealership, but not anymore I was able to create an appointment online and give them the issues with my car. Within about 5 minutes I received an email from our friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the best service advisor, Luis Hernandez. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about my car. They had the problem diagnosed within 2 hours of me dropping the car off and already had the warranty coverage information available as well. Even when I missed calling back and just showed up to pick up my car, they had already arranged for a loan vehicle to get me thru the repairs. The girls at the checkout were friendly and awesome. The service center is well maintained. I can't say enough nice things about Don Davis Nissan - and am thankful for this positive experience. Thank you Luis and the folks at Don Davis Nissan! More
