Good service Service was good. However, I requested a car wash and I was told it would be done. At the end, they didn’t do it. The reason they gave me was that it Service was good. Amazing service! Super efficient, minimal customer effort! I came into the shop on Saturday to get new tires for my Z-Nismo. The tires had to be ordered because they weren't in stock. I wanted the original b I came into the shop on Saturday to get new tires for my Z-Nismo. The tires had to be ordered because they weren't in stock. I wanted the original brand/series tire, I received a price and they ordered the tires and said they'd call when they arrive. Received a call a couple of days later to let me know they were in. I went into the shop the following day, they had me already checked in.. all I had to do was pull into the bay and they did the rest -- there was no delay at all. I think they completed the work in about an hour and 15 or so, including the state inspection. Excellent job from "service" to the "shop" to the check-out desk. It was a great experience! More

Just great Just keep doing what Don Davis is doing with the service department. The only things I didn't like was my Interior was a little dirty from my service Just keep doing what Don Davis is doing with the service department. Great service I’ve taken my car for an oil change for the third time and as always was provided with great service. Service advisor set the correct expectations and I’ve taken my car for an oil change for the third time and as always was provided with great service. Service advisor set the correct expectations and letting me know the wait time and once I advised that I wasn’t going to stay he made sure to provide card for contact so I could simply call and check status and offered shuttle although I had made other arrangements. Needless to say I’m always satisfied. Thanks crew at Don Davis ! More
