I brought my 2011 Nissan Sentra in on Monday morning. Service Engine light on. I was told they were a couple days behind and would not get to it until Wednesday. Called Wednesday, still behind; would Service Engine light on. I was told they were a couple days behind and would not get to it until Wednesday. Called Wednesday, still behind; would try to get it on Thursday. Had not heard anything by Saturday. I decided to pick it up. Took it to independent shop. He checked Mass Air Flow Sensor, EGR, Air intake. Couldn't find anything wrong. Service Engine Light went out. No Charge. Sold vehicle to CarMax on January 31, 2024. More

After calling a few places and getting quotes for my tires, Nissan’s special of the buy 3 get the 4th for $1 was a deal that was UNBEATABLE. Other places were quoting we well over $1000 just for the tir tires, Nissan’s special of the buy 3 get the 4th for $1 was a deal that was UNBEATABLE. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and set realistic expectations about time. She was polite and made sure to compare prices to make sure I got the best deal.
