I apologize that you are unhappy with your experience. It is my understanding that a walk-around video was provided prior to purchase, and the ding referenced was visible in that video. Upon delivery, there was also an extended inspection period during which the vehicle could be thoroughly reviewed before paperwork was signed acknowledging acceptance of the vehicle’s condition. Approximately five weeks after delivery, you contacted the Don Franklin Campbellsville dealership where you purchased regarding the concern and requested compensation related to the damage. While we always strive to address customer concerns professionally and fairly, we also must rely on the documentation, inspection process, and disclosures acknowledged at the time of sale.
