One thing I'm a longtime Kia owner and have had Southeast Kia do my maintenance on all of my vehicles from day one so these guys know me pretty well. One thing I observed on my last visit is that they KNOW every single one of their customers that walked through the door and greeted them by name and had their files pulled up before they got out of the car. It takes a lot of repeat happy customers to get to that level. Ill always continue to purchase my vehicles from Kia because of this reason.
