Kevin and Chase with the Service Dept. was the most professional and helpful people I have had to deal with in a long time. Kevin went above and beyond to assist me and keep me informed of everything t professional and helpful people I have had to deal with in a long time. Kevin went above and beyond to assist me and keep me informed of everything that was going on concerning my car. Even though my car was with them for a long period of time they gave me a loaner that was just as new as my car. I was never wondering what was going on with my car and when I could expect it back. They kept in touch with regularly to keep me informed. They were always polite and answered any questions i had. I would recommend Don Herring in Irving to anyone who needed a car and great service.
