He asked me what I was interested in and in minutes he had exactly the kind of vehicle I was looking for, the color I wanted, and with the options I wanted ready for me to test drive. I loved it. He was very genuine and really cared about me getting exactly what I wanted. He was very honest and didn't feed me a line of crap.
