Scott from the start stepped up to the plate. He immediately did whatever he could to make it happen. I was surprised with how quickly everything moved. I liked the music they played, and was even bought lunch— which was great because I hadn’t eaten all day and was famished. I had a small cosmetic defect that I noticed when I got home and I took it back to Scott and he said no way he would let it go that way. He worked with the service department for me to get it fixed. The sales team at Don Herring is all around wonderful and I will recommend Scott to anyone that asks where they should by there next car. Thank you Scott!! More

We are loyal Dan Herring Mitsubishi customers. We heard an ad on the Ed Wallace Well’s show that made us came in. Scott met us at the door and we told him what we were liking for. Scott was great. We were there for 6 hours. It was pretty obvious that we were going to buy a car, so it would have been great if someone could have been working on getting all of the paperwork together. I thought we could have been done in 3 hours. More
