About the Hewlett dealership, it is definitely a challenge to manage the numerous text & e-mail messages r’cvd in daily basis. Let's see the salesman was fine, he answered my questions satisfactorily. The selection process took 1 1/2 to 2 hours including test drive. THEN I SAT AROUND FOR 5 1/2 TO 6 HOURS WAITING TO FILL OUT FINANCE satisfactorily. The selection process took 1 1/2 to 2 hours including test drive. THEN I SAT AROUND FOR 5 1/2 TO 6 HOURS WAITING TO FILL OUT FINANCE PAPERS FOR A TOTAL OF CLOSE TO 8 HOURS IN YOUR SHOW ROOM. PATHETIC!!!! In the meantime staff was sitting on their respective xxxxx doing nothing , at least from my perspective. Management needs to re-evaluate staff productivity! In all my 80 years that is the longest time I"ve ever taken to purchase a car. Again I'm not talking about my sales rep, he was fine. Oh, update listing of personnel below. More
