Ms. Gillen-Hall – I’m sorry to learn that your vehicle concerns are apparently still unresolved. If you remember In our last email communication I had offered to have you bring the vehicle back to the dealership where my 30+ year shop foreman would personally perform a vehicle safety inspection to determine the exact condition of your tires. Once this was done I had offered to work with you to address the situation whatever that may be up to and including providing replacement tires at my exact dealer cost. I’m sorry if there was any miscommunication during this interaction but I felt I was being fairly clear when I stated ‘Please let me know when you can bring the vehicle by for a deeper inspection.’ As we’ve covered before, I understand that you are frustrated and I’m sorry you are faced with this situation.
