Mr. Kirchoff – It’s pretty obvious from your comments online and after talking to our staff that we screwed up big time on this most recent service visit. There are no excuses for fumbling the ball as badly as we did so I won’t offer any. What I will do is thank you for your past business and thank you for your honest feedback as this helps us improve moving forward. What gives me the most heartburn about this situation is the knowledge that we consistently deliver such a high level of customer service for our guests and that your experience on this day was such an avoidable anomaly if our people just follow the processes we have in place. You’re exactly correct when you stated that on this day, in this situation we showed an extreme lack of respect for your time and for this I’d like to offer my sincere apologies.
